Of course! We wouldn’t be very useful to you if we didn’t. Travelzen accepts international Visa, AmEx and MasterCard with no extra surcharges as well as all major Chinese credit and debit cards. The currencies accepted are:
- Chinese Yuan (元)
- Hong Kong Dollar (圓/元/HK$)
- Taiwan New Dollar (NT$)
If your currency is not listed, we advise you to select the US Dollar ($) or the Euro (€) and let your bank handle the currency conversion for you.

Your Travelzen price includes all taxes and fees, such as government taxes and service charges, airport construction fees, fuel surcharges, departure tax, transit duty and entry tax.
The “verification code” is the Card Verification Value (CVV2) of your Visa card. The Card Verification Code (CVC2) of your MasterCard is the last 3 digits printed on the signature panel of the back of your card.

Simply hit “reply” to your Travelzen itinerary and request to cancel your bookings. We will process your request and refund payment after deducting any cancellation charges specified by your airline or hotel according to the terms and conditions of your transaction.
