We've assembled some basic How-to's, to help you get the most from Travelzen. It's a little short for now, but it'll grow quickly as we hear back from you. - How to become a Travelzen Member
One of the advantages of being China's only real online travel agent is that we are able to offer truly competitive prices and services to everyone- and unbelievable exclusive benefits to members. Joining is free and easy, and the benefits go far beyond our standard services.
Just click [here] and enter three pieces of information- your email, the password you want, and the confirmation code (to prevent automated signups). Hit enter and experience the benefits right away!
- How to use a promotional code
If you have a promotional code you want to use, first you must be a member. Once you're a member, just go to the 'my account' page and select 'promotional code' from the list of options on the left hand side and enter it into the promotional code box and click 'save'.

- How to cancel or change your itinerary
If you want to change or cancel any part of your itinerary, just drop us an email with the specifics to service@travelzen.com and we'll do it for you- without any surcharges. You'll still be liable for any fees charged by the airlines or hotels, of course, but we'll do everything you need to get your request processed and your money refunded, if applicable.
- How to use the cash account payment option
If you want to bypass all the hassle of constantly re-entering your card information, the cash account is an excellent alternative. Just put credit in the account through bank remittance [details here], and then make your payments by ticking the 'Use my Cash Account' box. That's all it takes.
If you want to remove cash from your cash account, just email us at service@travelzen.com and we'll put it back in the account it came from, no fees, no fuss.
