Mr. Ted Sze is the CEO of Travelzen, which he co-founded in 2007. As China’s next generation travel consolidator, Travelzen provides a world-class transaction platform for industry participants and consumers in both China and globally. With its leading-edge technologies, innovative operations and customer service and a complete payment solution, Travelzen is set to be the Online Travel Agent of choice for those travelling in China.

Before establishing Travelzen, Mr. Sze co-founded Quotepower (QPI) which pioneered the development of online stock trading in Asia. The leading supplier to many major banks and brokerages, QPI was a venture capital-backed enterprise which was acquired by a Hong Kong based listed company in December 1999.

Mr. Sze’s multi-faceted expertise has been central to the successful formation of Travelzen. In addition to financial knowledge gained as a banker at Chase Manhattan Bank, this experience includes international exposure at Dow Jones Telerate and in-depth market insights resulting from 7 years involvement in China. These qualities have all contributed to Travelzen’s east meet west management style and uniquely international outlook.

Born in Hong Kong, Mr. Sze finished high school and university in the UK and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese. He holds a BSc Honours degree from Leicester University in Economics and Computing.
